iHues Media "Terms and Conditions" or "Agreement"

You must read, agree and accept all of the terms and conditions written below if you want to hire any type of services offered by iHues Media Limited. If you are not agreeing to any point or term in this agreement, please don’t hire our services. You also agree that your relations with iHues Media will be governed by these terms and conditions. This document will have full legal status if any kind of dispute is required to be settled by arbitrator and inside or outside of court. By hiring our services, you solemnly state and affirm that you accept and agree our all of the terms and conditions. iHues Media Limited reserves all rights, at its sole discretion, to change, revise, add, or delete all or portions of these Terms of Conditions at any time without a prior notice.
In this agreement, “iHues” “iHues Media” “ihuesmedia.com” “ihues” “The Company” “We” Us” “Our” “Staff” will be recognized as ‘IHUES MEDIA LIMITED” and “You” “Yours” “Customer” “iHues Family Member” will be recognized as “The CLIENT” who is hiring full or partial or any type of services.
Eligibility
You must be mature person to hire our services. By hiring our services, you agree that you have reached the legal age for engaging any business or financial transaction in your country. Your Warrantees and Acknowledgments
Even if you are an adult, you warranty and acknowledge that:-
1. You don’t have any kind of anti-social links.
2. You are not hiring our services to promote and engage any kind of pornographic, pedophilic, abusive, plagiaristic, piratical, spam, etc. activities.
3. You assert that all kinds of content like text matter, images, audios, videos, etc. which you submit to iHues Media is yours or you have full license to use that work and you are not making any kind of copyright infringement.
Domain and Hosting
iHues Media don’t provide Domain Booking and Hosting services. We advise you to register domain and hosting at your own. If you are unaware how to book a domain and hosting, we can just give you guidance and suggest some reputed domain booking and hosting service providers. It’s solely your duty to renew your domain and hosting when it is about to expire. iHues Media can’t be held responsible if your services are interrupted, delayed, stopped, blocked, paused due to domain and hosting. Please check your hosting service provider’s downtime/uptime policy before you book their service.
Email Services and Email Spam
Your all types of email(s) IDs and related services are created, maintained, and controlled by your hosting service provider. iHues Media don’t have any say in how your email service works. iHues Media can’t be held responsible if your email services are interrupted, delayed, or are irregular. If you email inbox remains full due to excessive spamming, it is all duty of your hosting service provider to fix this problem. At iHues Media side, we can maximum put security code and validation scripts in your forms. If you are still facing email spamming problem, please contact your hosting service provider.
Website Speed
We try to keep website as light as possible; however finally, it’s your hosting company which determines how fast your website downloads. Websites hosted on poor servers run slowly as compared to efficient servers.
Limited Liability
1. iHuesMedia.com can’t make any kind of claim for any kind of its service. Our all services are warrantee-free and have zero or limited liability. If you are hiring our SEO service, we are unable to give you any assurance or promise that we’ll bring your website at the first or second page of search engines. We just work to make your website search-friendly. We can NEVER predict what will be the search engine page number or rank of your website.
2. We just design and develop your websites. However, we can’t give you website-maintenance/ updating service. Our website-maintenance services are hourly basis and depend on time, staff, and infrastructural availability. If we are out of business or changed our type of business, we won’t be able to provide you website-maintenance/ updating service. In this case, it will be solely your duty to find another web services provider for maintenance and updating work.
3. Our advertising services are also not under any kind of guarantee or warrantee. Success or failure of an advertisement campaign depends on many factors such as reputation of your business, level of competition, consumer-trends, market size, market ups-downs, type of your products or service, economic and political situation of a country, etc. We just sincerely make our efforts to spread your name online, but can’t make claims of excellent results.
4. Time factor: web-programming is like solving complex mathematical-equations which require structuring, redoing, and validating various kinds of scripts, coding and designs. In these situations, your project can run more than the fixed time. We can not give you any deadlines; we can just give you rough idea of time to be involved to complete your project.
5. Although iHues Media tries its best for maintaining network safety and security and deploys all possible measures, but is unable to give guarantee of anything. There are many kinds of security threats such as viruses, malware, electrical impacts, computer response failures, hardware damages, hackers, cheaters, thefts, impersonators. Natural perils like floods, excessive rains, fires, tornados, etc. can harm anything. Human-made troubles like wars, riots, fights, attacks, strikes can erupt suddenly anywhere in the world. Therefore, you hire iHues Media services at your own risk.
Payment Gateway & Related Issues
iHues Media doesn’t handle your payments, it all falls under the authority of your Credit/ Debit Card payment gateway or processor. If you are having charge-back, payment delayed, payment stopped, Gateway access denied, Credit or Debit Card fraud, Payment processing service charges or fees etc. issues, please contact your Credit/ Debit Card payment gateway or processor. We don’t have any control how your payments are handled; we just connect you or your website (merchant) with your Credit/ Debit Card payment gateways or processors.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold iHues Media, and staff harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses and proceedings, including attorneys' fees due to your violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Jurisdiction
By hiring iHues Media Services, you state, affirm, and agree that the jurisdiction to settle any legal dispute of any kind, if any, will be solved only under the jurisdiction of honorable courts of the province of British Columbia, Canada and laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada will be governing laws to interpret any conflicting legal issue.
